Got to Love Summer Gardens… and Grandpa

Beets, Summer Squash, New Potatoes and Onions all from my 83 year old Grandpa’s garden. I traded him some of my Blackberries and Pecan Cinnamon Rolls for a little produce. I see a roasted beet salad and some fried Summer squash in my future…. Have I mentioned I love this time of year?
