Mel’s Spicy Pineapple Margarita and Pineapple Vodkarita
Sometimes you want tequila, sometimes you want vodka, but I always crave the tropical flavors of pineapple juice.

6 Cups Pineapple Juice
2 Cups Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
2 Pinches of Salt
Mix all the Ingredients in a large pitcher.
Spirits:
Hornitos 100% Pure Agave Silver Tequila
Grand Marnier
Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Garnishes:
Pineapple slices
Jalapeno or Fresno Chili Slices
Lime Wedges
Mel’s Spicy Pineapple Margarita
Fill a Lowball glass with ice. Then fill the glass ¾ the way to the top with the pineapple margarita mix. Pour the contents of the glass into a shaker, with one shot of Hornitos 100% Pure Agave Sliver Tequila, and ½ shot of Grand Marnier. If you like to live life on the spicy side add one Jalapeno slice or a Fresno chili slice to the shaker. Shake vigorously then pour back into the glass.
