Taking a little advice from one of my favorite lifestyle bloggers Amanda B. from Anchored To Sunshine and hitting the gym early this morning with the hubby. Got to keep of those extra vacation calories ( aka Hawaiian Pancake breakfast.)
I just got back from an amazing trip to the boyfriend’s family’s lake house. We lucked out with beautiful weather all weekend long and even though it took 6 hours to get there and 5 to get back home (ughs) it was completely worth it!
Some of the best things about vacation is that you can escape from the real world for a few days, ignore work emails, and enjoy your time with others. Some of the worst things is that your eating, sleeping, and workout schedule get a bit thrown off.
